We had really great stay.
Had huge twin room with shower, Futon beds, as for instance. Extra facilities such as an electric kettle and a fridge were really useful. Nice and very kind staff, provided information if needed.

My room included climate control, a private safe, and flat-screen television. Mountain view here was particularly nice. The location was great - within short walking distance to everywhere I wanted to go. The hotel itself was in a nice enough area, next to the Kiso valley, and several beautiful hikes and sceneries.

Nezame Hotel was an incredible value for the money - the room was much bigger than expected and had modern amenities. The location was convenient, right on the main road but still quiet, and the staff was friendly and welcoming.
The morning meal could have been improved with more breakfast options.

We had an incredible stay in a scenic area surrounded by beautiful mountain trails. the staff spoke English and were very friendly, making the stay even more pleasant. the spacious room with futon beds was very clean and had a lovely view of the Kiso River. the Japanese-style breakfast was authentic and well prepared. the hotel boasts brilliant onsens that are spotlessly clean, open most of the day and free for hotel guests. For dining options, we used our JR Railpass to eat in other villages in the valley.

I had a wonderful stay at a charming hotel in the beautiful countryside. The authentic Japanese breakfast was a highlight, perfectly prepared and presented. The staff were incredibly helpful, speaking English and ensuring a smooth experience. Although the surrounding town closes early, the hotel's peaceful location near the gorge made up for it. The onsen was a delightful treat, offering relaxation and stunning views. I highly recommend this hotel for a peaceful and enjoyable stay.
